Eligibility and permitted use

Services are provided to entities and individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities, startups, and small businesses. Users must provide accurate information and use services in compliance with applicable law. FounderHubLaw may decline or restrict access where necessary for legal, regulatory or ethical reasons.

Users must be of legal age to enter into contracts in their jurisdiction or have parental or guardian authorization where required. Where age limitations apply, FounderHubLaw may request proof of eligibility.

Services must not be used for unlawful activities, including but not limited to fraud, funds laundering, infringement of rights or activities that would contravene Malaysian law. FounderHubLaw reserves the right to suspend assistance where unlawful use is suspected.

Availability of specific services may be limited by local law and professional regulations. FounderHubLaw provides services in Malaysia and may restrict or decline requests from jurisdictions where provision would conflict with local legal or licensing requirements.

User accounts and security

Some parts of FounderHubLaw.info require users to create accounts to access documents, messages and case records. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under their accounts.

Users must keep account information accurate and up to date. FounderHubLaw is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated user-provided information.

Users must take reasonable steps to protect login details and notify FounderHubLaw immediately if they suspect unauthorized access. We employ security measures but cannot accept liability for breaches resulting from user negligence.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from FounderHubLaw, except where explicit account transfer procedures are provided.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact FounderHubLaw immediately. We will take steps to secure the account and may require verification before disclosing information.

FounderHubLaw may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or pose security risks. Where practicable, notice will be provided unless immediate action is required.

Scope of services

FounderHubLaw provides legal information, document drafting templates, consultations and referrals tailored to entrepreneurs and small businesses. Services vary by engagement and may include limited-scope advice, document review and representation where specifically agreed in writing.

FounderHubLaw may modify, reduce or discontinue service offerings from time to time. Changes will be communicated via FounderHubLaw.info or direct notice where appropriate to ongoing clients.

While we strive for continuous availability, access to online resources and consultations may be affected by maintenance, third-party outages, or other interruptions. FounderHubLaw is not liable for temporary unavailability.
